Tourism chiefs are hoping to boost visitor numbers - by installing a huge spiral staircase overlooking a beauty spot. They are hoping that their 300ft "Stairway to Heaven" will encourage people to visit the Taihang Mountains, in Linzhou, Henan province, China. From the top of the huge structure, brave tourists can look out over the surrounding mountains and forests.
